LEGIT JALAPENO MAC N CHEESE WITH SOME SUN DRIED TOMATOES


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 jalapenos, minced and seeded
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
  • 1 teaspoon cumin 
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 habanero pepper, chopped (USE GLOVES. YOUR HANDS WILL THANK YOU LATER)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups half and half milk
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni, dry
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded AND REAALLL SHARP
  •  3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs


  1. 1. get the oven preheated to 350
  1. 2. MELT THAT BUTTER IN A PAN
  1. 3. sauté the onions, jalapenos, habanero and garlic until its nice and cooked
  1. 4. POWDER POWER TIME: throw in the flour, cumin, coriander, chili powder and black pepper in the pan
  1. 5. slowly add in the milk to make the mixture thick
  1. 6. turn the stove on low and cover the sauce until it starts to bubble (just a tad)
  1. 7. oh yeah while you're doing all that you should be cooking the macaroni to be al dente, like half cooked. if you don't know how to cook macaroni you probably should be warming up that cup of noodles
  1. 8. so now you got a pan full of sauce, lookin creamy white. and some al dente macaroni. TIME TO GET THE CHEESE UP IN THIS
  1. 9. get a huge bowl and put the macaroni in (drain it first obvi)
  1. 10. now add the sauce AND sun dried tomatoes in the huge bowl and pour in ALL that cheese!!! P:
  1. 11. it gets kind of tedious and sticky but mix it all through!
  1. 12. Place in a casserole dish, and make use of that cooking spray before hand
  1. 13. Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs
  1. 14. Shake and bake, dont really shake it, but place in oven until golden brown. im guessing 20-25 minutes
